The young professionals are starting their careers at the Ostfildern and Waghäusel sites in the fields of sales/administration, industrial mechanics and technical product design.
To kick off their training, the new colleagues were treated to a varied induction programme, during which they were able to get to know the company, the teams and the corporate culture. This included, amongst other things, factory tours, icebreaker games, a group barbecue and a photo shoot. A particular highlight was a creative project in the training workshop, during which the apprentices made their own mobile phone holders.
However, the training goes far beyond technical qualifications. As a foundation-run company, Elektror attaches great importance to the personal development of its young talent. In addition to acquiring specialist knowledge, the apprentices are given numerous opportunities to develop their social and intercultural skills, for example through a stay abroad lasting several weeks and by volunteering at a social welfare organisation.
Elektror looks forward to supporting the new apprentices on their journey and wishes them a successful start, many valuable experiences and an exciting time during their apprenticeship.
