On 1 January 2027, Dr Oster is scheduled to assume the role of CEO, succeeding Ulrich W. Kreher, who has shaped our company in a decisive way for more than 35 years.
Dr Oster’s professional background is rooted in technology: he studied Applied Computer Science and obtained his doctorate in engineering in the field of Electrical and Information Technology. His career spans many years of experience in technology and management consulting, as well as senior leadership roles in industry, including responsibility for research and development activities in the fields of sensor technology and digitalisation.
Most recently, he held various managing director positions in technology-driven companies and brings extensive expertise in engineering, internationalisation, and digitalisation.
Through close collaboration and a structured onboarding process during the transition phase, we are ensuring a smooth transfer of knowledge and laying the foundation for continuity, as well as providing fresh impetus for the continued development of Elektror.
