The event was a workshop with experts from the company Vollmer & Scheffczyk. They talked about the challenge and upcoming problems in the field of complex engineering projects and presented the solution CCPM and SCRUM.
After lunch the participants had a guided tour through the Elektror production hall and could learn how industrial fans and side channel blowers are produced. In the afternoon there was a second round of the workshop. At 5pm the event ended with a goodbye of VDMA and Elektror.
In conclusion the day was very interesting and the guests could learn a lot about the topic. They went home inspired and with new contacts for their network.
