Elektror airsystems extends its aluminium high-pressure range

The fan manufacturer from Ostfildern, Germany, adds two new devices from the A-HP range to its product portfolio and thus consolidates its positioning in the high-pressure area. Both models are available immediately.

The “Aluminium High Pressure” range celebrated its première at the Hanover Fair in 2017. Since then, it has been standing out owing to its compact design, standard flange and high power density. Elektror’s development team has now extended this powerful range with the A-HP 250 40-40 and the A-HP 415-35.

The two devices complete the upper and lower ends of the performance range in a meaningful and efficient manner. The A-HP 250 40-40 thus is the smallest and the A-HP 415-35 the largest of its kind at Elektror. The introduction of two further fans is planned for each of the upper and lower range above and below the performance range covered up to now. This range thus extends the fan manufacturer’s well-established HRD range.

The two latest Elektror fans were also developed with involvement from across all departments. The interaction between the research and design department, the use of tools for pre-development and design as well as optimisation strategies such as flow simulations and rapid prototyping were essential. The result of this approach geared towards efficiency offers customers a clear advantage – fans with high performance and at the same time compact design.

By extending the A-HP series, Elektror is further consolidating its market position as a high-pressure specialist.
